All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of the services we provide—which include, but are not limited to, financial consulting, credit analysis, credit repair, and funding acquisition strategies—all sales are considered final and non-refundable once a payment has been submitted. This includes all deposits, partial payments, and paid-in-full services.

Our services begin immediately upon onboarding. We allocate time, resources, and expertise into tailoring financial strategies, initiating credit repair protocols, and connecting with funding sources on your behalf.

Access to Proprietary Knowledge:
Clients gain access to proprietary information, banker relationships, funding resources, and strategic methods that cannot be returned or undone once shared.

Outcome-Based Industry:
While we use best practices and work diligently to increase your funding potential, outcomes are influenced by factors beyond our control—such as your financial history, responsiveness, and documentation accuracy.

You agree that no guarantees have been made regarding funding amounts, approval rates, or credit score improvements.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute a transaction after acknowledging this refund policy will be considered a breach of our terms. We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies and report the matter to relevant credit bureaus and financial institutions.
